Archbishop Vincent Nichols
Vincent Nichols was Archbishop of Birmingham from 2000, before becoming Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster and President of the Bishops’ Conference of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales. Born in Crosby, Liverpool he studied for the priesthood in Rome, gaining licences in philosophy and theology. He has specialised in pastoral training and education.
