The audiotape contains five 14-minute radio-style starters for group discussion, with Simon Stanley putting questions to our three main participants - John Bell, General Sir Richard Dannatt and Christina Baxter.

Each session ends with a Reflection by Colin Morris. Former Archbishop of York, Dr David Hope, introduces the course.

The course booklet and audio tape conversations share common themes. However, the conversations have a life of their own and do not exactly mirror the chapters in the course booklet.
