Jesus' experience in the wilderness as recorded in the Gospels raises a host of questions. This wide-ranging course in 5-parts considers some of these issues - moving from the New Testament to our experience of living in the modern world.

The course booklet, written by Canon John Young, includes questions aimed at provoking wide-ranging discussion. Each group needs a CD or audiotape, plus a course booklet for each member. In addition many groups find the transcript invaluable.  

The participants on the CD/audiotape are Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, Dr David Hope, Rob Frost and Elaine Storkey. Roy Jenkins provides the Closing Reflections.
